Tanaya Das | Secretary

Tanaya Das is a distinguished professional, possessing a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the esteemed NIT. With an impressive 10 years of extensive experience in the realms of technology and banking, she has played a pivotal role in the implementation and migration of Finacle Banks 24. Currently, she holds the prestigious position of Director at Skysoft Infotek India Pvt. Ltd., where her leadership and expertise shine. Additionally, she serves as the Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Fund Management team at Athena, further solidifying her reputation as a key player in the industry.

Tiasha Das | Treasurer

Tiasha Das possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, for which she was awarded a First Class degee as well as a Master’s degree in Nutrition. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director at Cogent Marketwiz Pvt. Ltd, where she oversees comprehensive marketing campaigns across India. Additionally, she holds the position of Treasurer and is responsible for Operations Management at Athena.

Debasish Shil | Territory Manager

Debasish Shil possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and brings a decade of experience in the microfinance sector, having worked with notable companies such as Muthoot Finance and BIFC. He is currently responsible for overseeing operations in the North Bengal territory, where he demonstrates exceptional managerial abilities that contribute significantly to the success of his team and the organization as a whole. His extensive background in microfinance equips him with the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of the industry, ensuring effective service delivery and client satisfaction.

Sourindra Mohan Ghosh| Collection Operation Lead

Sourindra Mohan Ghosh possesses a Bachelor's degree and has accumulated five years of professional experience in the banking and marketing sectors. Currently, he is responsible for overseeing the Collection Division at Athena, where he applies his expertise to manage and optimize collection processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in recovering outstanding debts. His role involves strategic planning and implementation of collection strategies, as well as fostering relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.

Anirban Banik | Chairman

Anirban Banik is an esteemed alumnus of Xavier, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Calcutta University. With over 12 years of extensive experience in the realm of Banking Technology, he has played a pivotal role in the advancement and strategic development of Skysoft Infotek India Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliated companies, serving as Group Director. His expertise encompasses a wide array of competencies, including digital transformation in banking, project management, and the implementation of innovative technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Shayari Chakraborty | HR Manager

Shayari Chakraborty possesses a bachelor's degree in engineering, complemented by a management degree specializing in Human Resource Management.
