Microfinance serves as a vital conduit through which essential financial services such as loans, credit, insurance, savings accounts, and direct money transfers are made available to small business proprietors and aspiring entrepreneurs residing in the less developed regions of India.
Athena stands as a beacon of hope, extending microcredit to those in dire financial straits—individuals who often find themselves in poverty, lack the means to provide collateral, and possess a fervent desire for personal and economic growth. This initiative is meticulously crafted to foster entrepreneurial spirit and combat the pervasive issue of poverty. A significant number of these beneficiaries face challenges such as illiteracy, rendering them incapable of navigating the complex paperwork typically required for conventional loans.
